Jump Cuts Youth Film Festival30/4/2024 I had the privilege of being a judge on the panel for this Short Film Festival aimed at secondary school students. Thank you so much to Frank & Collette at the Droichead Arts centre for having us on board and to Sineád Brassil for the gorgeous panel talk that evening too. Congrats to all the winners.
The level of talent was so high - the future of Irish Filmmaking is in safe hands! Catalyst Student Day 202430/4/2024 I had a wonderful time at Catalyst International Film Festival last week leading some interactive filmmaking workshops for Secondary School Students with my pal Phil Shanahan. It was great to see their work on screen after and present their award. Massive thank you to Johanna Thea also for joining us for the workshop and lending us her awesome acting chops for the morning. Catalyst is always a festival fave, thanks for having us!
Multicamera Training with NTA30/4/2024 Still reeling from a gorgeous week spent in Spiddal doing the NTA's Multicam Training Course for Directors. What a gorgeous group of people to train with and crew to learn from at the Ros na Rún studios.
